Cronaca Faro provides explanatory material, source links, checklists and a free consultation about how to organise public-source research. It does not accept money for investment, execute transactions, open trading accounts, manage a portfolio or recommend a particular financial product.
Using the website does not create an adviser-client, broker-client or lawyer-client relationship.
Your responsibility for important decisions
The site can help you identify questions to ask and sources to open. You remain responsible for checking whether the information is current and for deciding what to do with it. Where a decision has material financial or legal consequences, use the relevant authority or an appropriately qualified professional.
A research result should not be treated as a guarantee that a company or website will behave in a particular way in the future.
Public records and changing information
We aim to link to original public sources, but regulators, registers and other websites can change their records, URLs and publication dates. A source may also have a narrower scope than a reader expects.
Cronaca Faro does not warrant that every external source will always be available, complete or error-free. The update date and direct link are provided so the reader can repeat the check.
Third-party names and trademarks
Company, platform and brand names may appear because they are the subject of independent research, a user-entered search term or a public record. Their appearance does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, authorised-dealer status or ownership of Cronaca Faro.
You should not infer an official relationship merely because a third-party name appears in a heading or research field.
Dynamic research context
The URL parameter “o” may be used to carry a keyword into the landing page and keep the same research subject visible while the reader moves through the site. It does not change the underlying rules, terms or source methodology and it is not used to create a hidden page for crawlers.
Random dynamic search URLs are configured as noindex so they do not create large numbers of low-value indexed pages.
Free consultation
The consultation is provided at €0 and is limited to educational research guidance: for example, which official register may be relevant, how to distinguish a brand from a legal entity, or how to organise the evidence already available.
It does not promise a recovery of money, a regulatory outcome, a legal remedy, a particular investment result or an assessment that a service is safe.
Acceptable use of the form and site
Do not use the form to send malware, unlawful material, threats, bulk spam, another person’s confidential information without a proper basis, passwords, authentication codes, full payment-card details, private keys or seed phrases.
Automated access that materially interferes with the site, attempts to bypass security controls or abuses the consultation endpoint may be restricted.

Links to the Central Bank, CRO, CCPC, Garda, Citizens Information and other third parties are provided for transparency. Cronaca Faro does not control those sites and is not responsible for their availability, later changes, privacy practices or content outside the linked public record.
Changes and availability
The site may be updated, corrected, temporarily unavailable or reorganised as sources and technical requirements change. If the nature of the service changes materially, these terms and related privacy/cookie information should be updated too.
Nothing in these terms is intended to remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Irish or EU consumer/data-protection law.
