AT A GLANCE

The important points first

01

General contact

For questions about the project, its methodology, an official-source link or the way a research page works, email [email protected]. Including the page URL and a short description usually makes the question easier to understand.

The public contact region is Dublin, Ireland. This build does not publish a street address because it should not imply a walk-in office or premises that have not been documented.

02

Telephone

The configured Dublin landline is +353 1 496 1183 and the mobile number is +353 83 336 4560. Telephone contact is provided as an additional route; it does not create an emergency, banking or regulator helpline.

For urgent issues involving a bank account, payment card or suspected unauthorised transaction, use the trusted contact details supplied by your own bank or payment provider rather than waiting for a website consultation.

03

Free educational consultation

The consultation form asks for name, email, phone and the subject you want to research. The purpose is to help you organise a more careful public-source check: for example, locating the relevant Irish register, separating a brand from a company name, or identifying which details still need confirmation.

There is no fee. The consultation does not provide personalised investment advice, legal representation or a guaranteed recovery service.

04

Corrections and source updates

If you believe a factual statement is wrong, send the Cronaca Faro page URL, the exact statement and a direct supporting source where possible. Primary records are given more weight than anonymous posts or search snippets.

Broken links to regulators or public bodies are also useful to report because official websites change their structure over time.

05

Privacy requests

For access, correction or deletion requests concerning information submitted through the consultation form, use the same email address and mark the message as a privacy request. Send only the information reasonably needed to identify the relevant submission.

The Privacy page explains the data handled by the delivered build, including the 90-day consultation-record retention routine.

06

Accessibility feedback

If a page is difficult to use with a keyboard, screen reader, zoom or mobile device, send the page URL and a description of the barrier. Information about a disability is not required to make a report.

07

Information we do not need

Do not email or submit passwords, one-time authentication codes, seed phrases, private keys, full payment-card numbers or copies of identity documents unless a legitimate official authority specifically requires them through its own secure process. Cronaca Faro does not need those secrets to explain a public-source research route.
